Oleg Kozachuk |
Oleg Kozachuk, the first President of the Association on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving. Since 2015 – the AEE Vice-President and Acting General Director of JSC “Khmelnitskoblenergo”. In 2014 he was elected Chairman of the Public Council at State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE). Oleg has a successful experience implementing energy efficiency projects in industry and public utilities sector, projects on renewable energy, projects of system analyzing and improving business processes, management systems on the platform of SAP ERP, certification and standardization projects according to international standards ISO, implementation of balanced indicators (BSC) and key performance indicators KPI. Considering experience and knowledges of energy, financial and investment markets in Ukraine, Europe and the USA, Oleg Kozachuk regularly participates in legislative initiatives at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada, NERC, SAEE as an expert. |

Olexandr Sheiko |
Olexandr Sheiko, Vice-President of the Association on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (since 2018). He has graduated in materials science in Ukraine. While working in the information-analytical business, Olexandr managed to significantly expand the range of his knowledge, skills and experience in the areas of foreign trade, industrial consulting (metallurgy, engineering, logistics) engineering. In addition, he has got practical experience implementing energy efficiency projects in industry. He’s fluent in English and can get by in German, which allows establishing regular communications with foreign partners and thereby to ensure appropriate level of international cooperation with AEE. |
