Membership terms and conditions

AEE membership is international, open to any public or private legal entity and individuals.

There is a One-time Entry Fee of 3 000 UAH – paid once – for new Members.

Yearly Membership fees amount is:

1) for Ukrainian companies (business entities):

– number of employees up to 5 persons – 5 000 UAH.

– number of employees more than 5 persons (5 or more) – 12 000 UAH.

2) for International companies (business entities) – 1 000 EUR.

Potential members of АЕЕ must work within an energy efficiency-related sector and must share policies and the core mission of the Association and pay the membership fees.

Decisions about the membership are taken by the Presidium of the Association by simple majority vote based on the information provided on the AEE Application Form.

Thus, AEE Membership gains validity after a respective Presidium decision which is normally taken within two business days following the receipt of the completed Form.

All Association members are entitled to inform the public about their membership in the Association through a website or other media (you can download the logo Association in left field above the menu bar).

The AEE Membership does not impose on its members any restrictions on their entry to any other associations.
