General meeting

The General Meeting of AEE members is the highest management body gathering once per year.

The following issues are within the competence of AEE General Meeting:

•  General Meeting agenda approval;

•  AEE Charter approval with amendments and additions;

•  Election of the President, Presidium and Audit commission, as well as a number of members and the personnel;

•  Approval of the AEE governance and audit statement;

•  Definition of activity priorities;

•  Consideration and approval of President, Presidium and Audit commission reports;

•  The presence of AEE in other entities or legal bodies;

•  Foundation and closing of separate units;

•  Adjustment of membership fee terms and amount;

•  Early termination of duties of Presidium, President and Revision commission;

•  Enforcement of property rights of AEE assets;

•  Delegation of authorities to AEE Presidium;

•  Decision making for the voluntary dissolution / reorganization.
