{"id":4835,"date":"2017-06-23T18:47:18","date_gmt":"2017-06-23T15:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aee\/attention-contestcompetition-for-participation-on-energy-efficiency-training\/"},"modified":"2017-06-23T18:47:18","modified_gmt":"2017-06-23T15:47:18","slug":"attention-contestcompetition-for-participation-on-energy-efficiency-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/energy-efficiency.in.ua\/en\/attention-contestcompetition-for-participation-on-energy-efficiency-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Attention Contest!Competition for participation on energy efficiency training!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association\u00a0on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving in the framework of the project in the framework of the project Project &#8220;Improving capacities of the hromadas to implement energy management and advise on energy efficiency&#8221; announces a\u00a0call for\u00a0proposals from public authorities and Hromadas to participate in the ten-day training on energy efficiency and energy saving \/ RES (two modules for 5 days).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This program is implemented in the framework of the project\u00a0 &#8220;Energy efficiency and energy management in united local communities (ULC)&#8221; implemented by\u00a0the Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Government jointly with \u201cU-Lead with Europe\u201d for empowerment of rights and possibilities on the local level, accountability and development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result of the competition, fifty talented and inspired participants will be selected to provide them with professional coaching in the areas of energy efficiency\u00a0 for further advising the\u00a0amalgamated communities and\u00a0and municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each participant\u00a0will gain new skills and knowledge in the field of efficient use of fuel and energy resources and energy saving,\u00a0learn the best world practices in order\u00a0 to increase the capacity of\u00a0communities\u00a0by an\u00a0implementation of energy management and\u00a0 ensure sustainable energy efficient development of\u00a0Ukrainian municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Among the main subjects of study:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">organization of energy management system in the united territorial communities;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">energy monitoring and benchmarking as energy management tools;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">technical aspects of thermo-modernization of\u00a0public buildings;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Covenant of Mayors. Development of the Action Plan on Sustainable Energy Development and Climate (SEAPs);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identification of financing sources for energy saving measures;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ensuring effective\u00a0 buildings and equipment operation (facility management);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">conducting energy audits and preparing feasibility studies;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">SEAP as a tool for improving energy efficiency of residential buildings;<\/li>\n<li>public speaking;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">energy efficiency&amp;RES\u00a0 legislation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">best international practices for the successful development of municipalities \u00a0in Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">improving presentation skills and work with the audience and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>All expenses related to study, accommodation, meals and transportation costs will be covered at the expense of the organizers and their partners.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Participants who meet the following criteria are invited to participate:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandatory requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presence of the participant during all training days;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting 5 seminars for communities\u00a0after graduation;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the field of energy \/ housing and communal services \/ construction or economics and finance for at least 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>work experience in\/ or with local self-government bodies;<\/li>\n<li>a participant represents a public organization in which responsible for the energy efficiency policy implementation;<\/li>\n<li>the participant is an independent expert in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving;<\/li>\n<li>has a recommendation from Hubs;<\/li>\n<li>is a representative of an educational institution (institutes, universities, etc.) that acts in the field of energy efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>has a technical\/ engineering or economic education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Training schedule:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>I module<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chernivtsi &#8211; 17.07.2017 &#8211; 21.07.2017 (Western region)<\/li>\n<li>Poltava &#8211; 07\/27\/2017 &#8211; 08\/24\/2017 (Eastern Region)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>II module<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lviv &#8211; August 14, 2017 &#8211; August 18, 2010 (Western region)<\/li>\n<li>Dnipro -04.09.2017 &#8211; 08.09.2107 (Eastern region)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After successful completion of the training, the participants will receive certificates of the coach on energy efficiency and energy saving.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Registration is open until July 6, 2017.
