{"id":3691,"date":"2016-07-28T20:34:23","date_gmt":"2016-07-28T17:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aee\/general-meeting\/"},"modified":"2016-07-28T20:34:23","modified_gmt":"2016-07-28T17:34:23","slug":"general-meeting","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/energy-efficiency.in.ua\/en\/general-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"General meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>The General Meeting of AEE members is the highest management body gathering once per year.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>The following issues are within the competence of AEE General Meeting:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0General Meeting agenda approval;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0AEE Charter approval with amendments and additions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Election of the President, Presidium and Audit commission, as well as a number of members and the personnel;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Approval of the AEE governance and audit statement;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Definition of activity priorities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Consideration and approval of President, Presidium and Audit commission reports;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The presence of AEE in other entities or legal bodies;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Foundation and closing of separate units;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Adjustment of membership fee terms and amount;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Early termination of duties of Presidium, President and Revision commission;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Enforcement of property rights of AEE assets;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Delegation of authorities to AEE Presidium;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Decision making for the voluntary dissolution \/ reorganization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The General Meeting of AEE members is the highest management body gathering once per year.
