{"id":3663,"date":"2016-07-13T15:22:32","date_gmt":"2016-07-13T12:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aee\/membership-terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2016-07-13T15:22:32","modified_gmt":"2016-07-13T12:22:32","slug":"membership-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/energy-efficiency.in.ua\/en\/membership-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Membership terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AEE membership is international, open to any public or private legal entity and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>There is a\u00a0<strong>One-time Entry Fee<\/strong>\u00a0of <strong>3 000 UAH<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>paid once &#8211; for new Members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yearly Membership fees amount\u00a0is<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1) for Ukrainian companies (business entities):<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; number of employees up to 5 persons \u2013\u00a0<strong>5 000 UAH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; number of employees more than 5 persons (5 or more) \u2013\u00a0<strong>12 000 UAH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2) for International companies (business entities) \u2013\u00a0<strong>1 000 EUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Potential members of \u0410\u0415\u0415 must work within an energy efficiency-related sector and must share policies and the core mission of the Association and pay the membership fees.<\/p>\n<p>Decisions about the membership are taken by the Presidium of the Association by simple majority vote based on the information provided on the AEE\u00a0Application Form.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, AEE Membership gains validity after a respective Presidium decision which is normally taken within two business days following the receipt of the completed\u00a0Form.<\/p>\n<p>All Association members are entitled to inform the public about their membership in the Association through a website or other media (you can download the logo Association in left field above the menu bar).<\/p>\n<p>The AEE Membership does not impose on its members any restrictions on their entry to any other associations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AEE membership is international, open to any public or private legal entity and individuals.
